Matomo no longer available #240

Matomo doesn't appear to be available at bugsigdb.org/matomo.

This is available now, but note that the URL is https://bugsigdb.org/matomo/

We noticed an occasional bug where it brings you to the wiki instead of Matomo after login. If that happens just click the link again.
