• [x] Make sure the “taxonomic ranks” and “exact taxonomic level” options are very carefully documented, since they’re potentially confusing.

• [ ] By default, if someone enters a taxon set that doesn’t match the level of signatures, the comparison can’t overlap. You might want a warning that says something like, “X number of signatures couldn’t be analyzed due to a mismatch in taxonomic levels. Try setting ‘exact taxonomic level’ to no and selecting an appropriate level to avoid this behavior.”

• [ ] Alternatively / in addition, you could list beside each signature in the results how many comparisons couldn’t be performed.

• [x] Would be nice to link to individual signatures.

• [x] Would be nice to be able to see what the overlaps were.

• [x] We talked about how to add overlap statistics to the results.

• [x] Probably pick a better demo example, dry eye is a little weird :slightly_smiling_face:
