Hi@SvetlanaUP, I would like to work on this article. Kindly assign it to me.
@Khadijahhhh It's already been assigned, kindly choose another.
Hi @SvetlanaUP I’m done curating this article
Hi @temmyoctavia08 unfortunately this paper actually does not include any differential abundance results. The correct course of action would be to not curate the article and report it to the team so that you could be assigned a new paper. I tried to give you what points I could, but unfortunately the entire curation is incorrect due to no differential abundance testing.
Item | Description | max | points |
---|---|---|---|
1 | All elements marked "Needs review" (none "Incomplete") | 1 | 1 |
2 | Correct study design | 1 | 1 |
3 | Entered all relevant experiments and no irrelevant experiments | 1 | 0 |
4 | Body site correctly identified (i.e. does not include multiple sites) | 1 | 0 |
5 | Condition entered according to contrast (correct EFO ontology) | 1 | 0 |
6 | Contrast groups correctly identified | 1 | 0 |
7 | Groups correctly labeled as 1 and 0 (1=cases, 0=controls) | 1 | 0.5 |
8 | Antibiotic exclusion correctly identified | 1 | 1 |
9 | Correctly identified sequencing details | 2 | 0 |
10 | Identified correct statistical test | 1 | 0 |
11 | Identified MHT correction | 1 | 1 |
12 | Correctly recorded matched on factors | 1 | 0 |
13 | Entered correct number of statistical tests per experiment | 1 | 0 |
14 | All diversity measures identified | 1 | 1 |
15 | Diversity results correctly entered as increased/decreased/unchanged | 1 | 0 |
16 | All signature sources correctly identified (-1 for each error) | 2 | 0 |
17 | Abundance direction correctly selected | 1 | 1 |
18 | Members of Signatures identified correctly | 2 | 0 |
19 | Correct use of NCBI taxonomy | 2 | 2 |
TOTAL | 23 | 8.5 |
@cmirzayi Thank you so much for the review, okay I will report to the team and ask that a new paper be assigned to me. Thank you so much
@SvetlanaUP My curation has been reviewed and the mentor advised that the I should not curate my article due to no differential abundance result in the article please I want to ask that a new paper be assigned to me to curate thank you ma.
@cmirzayi should we completely delete it https://bugsigdb.org/Study_894 ?
Yes I believe so. There are no differential abundance results at all in the entire paper.
@SvetlanaUP @cmirzayi please ma’am how can I get a new paper assigned to me, I have checked through and it seems all the available articles have been assigned
@temmyoctavia08 you are assigned to https://github.com/waldronlab/BugSigDBcuration/issues/193
Okay thank you ma’am @SvetlanaUP
