Hi @SvetlanaUP,

In this curation, I changed the data transformation method from relative abundance to centered-log ratio, and the statistical test from Mann-Whitney to ANCOM. Additionally, I did not include the 18S variable regions because once 18S is selected as the sequencing type, that field does not appear to allow selection of the regions. However, I have noted this on the talk page.

The curation is complete. Thank you!
