HI @thegirlcoderr this is an excellent curation attempt, however here are some few points to note.

• The sequencing type is not ITS but PCR. The PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) was used to amplify the ITS (Internal Transcribed Spacer) fragments. The PCR conditions described in the passage are specifically designed to amplify the ITS fragments. So, to clarify, PCR was the method used for amplification, and ITS refers to the specific genomic regions being amplified.
