Hi @assu140607 this is a near perfect and excellent first curation attempt however you missed out on a tiny detail

• They was no matched on factor used in the study, however the study stated that, "PD and HC groups non-optimally matched for age and sex due to spousal recruitment, may have resulted in confounding in the comparative GM analysis, as age and sex are known to influence GM composition, and are classical matching criteria between case and control groups". non-optimally which means not matched
