Hi @AleruDivine,

For this study, the report mentions 3 experiments with signatures:

• Fig. 4b: dLAN vs. LD (Control)
• Fig. 4c: dLAN vs. LD (MKO)
• Fig. 4d: dLAN vs. LD (DTA)

Additionally, there are 2 experiments without signatures but with significant alpha diversity measures, as presented in Fig. 3c/d. However, I noticed that 9 experiments were curated. Could you please clarify this? I might be missing something.

I must admit, I made a huge mistake. Because of the alpha measures, I recorded an extra 6 experiments;

Control vs MKO (LD) Control vs DTA (LD)

Control vs MKO (dLAN) Control vs DTA (dLAN)

MKO vs DTA (LD) MKO vs DTA (dLAN)

For the signatures I curated, they're only repeated.

@SvetlanaUP please I'd like to delete experiments 4 - 9 with their signatures.

My apologies for the mistake. At the time I really thought it was correct.
