Hi @Nana-Habiba,

Well done on your curation. I've made a few changes here:

Altered Group 1 definition a bit.
Supplementary Table 1 was initially curated as a signature source, which I have changed to Figure 4. Though the differential taxa were also listed in Supplementary Table 1, Figure 4 shows which taxa are increased or decreased in each group. As such, I have curated an additional signature (2).
Also, @Buraah had previously corrected the data transformation.

This curation is now complete @SvetlanaUP.
