Hello 👋 So, I did a mini-analysis 🔬 of the BugSigDB data based on a full_dump.csv file gotten from BugSigDBExports 2 weeks ago and realised that more than 70% of the studies involved the Gut microbiome.

Hence I used Google scholar to look for microbiome studies that are not Gut-microbiome based, to help build versality in bugsigdb.org. This is one of them. It's also related to one of of my interests - maternal/infant health. 😄 The Vaginal Microbiome is Associated with Endometrial Cancer Grade and Histology
