I found this paper which delves into the role of high fat diet and microbiota dysbiosis in the progression of colorectal cancer and think it would be an interesting addition to the BugSigDB database as it highlights the interplay between diet and gut dysbiosis which can in turn provide insights on preventative therapies for colorectal cancer.
