@SvetlanaUP can I take up this paper
@Rahila-me please direct your efforts in helping others to finalize their curation. Thank you.
@SvetlanaUP okay, Noted i have been doing that though, On slack i said so, It was said we just go direct on github it will be better. I have reached out to many on collaboration based on those who have not started for weeks not the two or three days old assigned curation. What i noticed is that the people that it is their second contribution wants to be the sole owner of their work. They will tell you if they need help they will reach out to and say thank you. But they will never until they finalize their work no matter how long it takes. I go to NCBI clean up, You reach out to the person if you can correct a missing NCBI in their signature they will tell you they will fix it later or you should leave it that it will affect their work that is now on needs review. In terms of reaching out i have tried both in the github issues, channel and private on slack.
@SvetlanaUP Good morning, I went through github issues once again yesterday from page 1 -6, all issues assigned has needs review, the one yet to have needs review was assigned maybe 3 days back or someone else already requested for collaboration and still waiting for the main assignee reply. The ones that has been reviewed that needs correction has been corrected and awaiting second review.
At this juncture @SvetlanaUP I as a contributor do i have the right to review other people's contributor that is marked as needs review on github and score them too?
In respect to this: please direct your efforts in helping others to finalize their curation. Thank you. or do you know any outstanding issues to assign to me
Good morning @Rahila-me, you could help in here https://github.com/waldronlab/BugSigDBcuration/issues/518
As for reviewing, you could review your colleagues's curation before they submit it for review.
In Slack, you could join discussions and clarifications of curation doubts.
