Hello @wendy640. Well done on your curation. I looked through the study and curation, wrote this out to assist you.

We curate only differential abundance of taxa or relative abundance between two groups.

Table S2: Differential OTUs between control (Group 0) and DSS treated groups(Group 1). Curatable as we can see P values.

Table S3: Differential OTUs between mice with inflammation (Group 0) vs Mice with cancer (Group 1). There are P values and taxa here.

Table S4: Differential OTUs after treatment of different AOM/DSS styles. There are 4 experiments here. Could be one against all analysis. AOM/DSS cycle 1-4.

Fig 4B and Table S4 are interrelated.

No comparison in Table S6/S7. If you need assistance I can collaborate with you on this curation. Well done once again
