Maf fix #293

This PR address the MAE to MAF error

Hi Anand, @PoisonAlien Thanks for the PR. Would you mind updating the PR to the latest changes in the maf branch? I have moved the function to its own file R/MultiAssayExperimentToMAF.R and your changes should be applied there. Thanks!
