adding ontomap file #55

this adds the inst/extdata/ontomap.tsv file to the package, to start to address https://github.com/waldronlab/SingleCellMultiModal/issues/52

The file needs to be populated with cell types of (EC)CITEseq and scNMTseq.

Furthermore, cell ontologies are still missing (@kbeckenrode could you please check about this?)

I'm sorry @LiNk-NY I don't know what I've done! I made a big mistake! Can we go back to the original version without this PR?
