reason for timeout-minutes: 20? #27

Just wondering what the reason for this timeout limit is, and if 20 minutes is enough?

After memory usage improvement, the action was being stopped by this timeout, even though progress was still being made: https://github.com/waldronlab/bugphyzzExports/actions/runs/6075120358/job/16480659738

So I got rid of it in 7fc8337b4514ef7ce9030f1dadc840c73efc30cb
