add dataset McCullochJA_2022 #289

Describe the solution you'd like Please add BioProject PRJNA762360, PMID 35228752 to curatedMetagenomicData.

Additional context I've used this template to generate a metadata file.

Hi @brymerr921, thank you for contributing! Your csv files look well done and ready for us to gather the data. Could you have a look at curatedMetagenomicDataCuration and submit a pull request with all your csv files there? They will go through a series of automated checks and we will process the data from SRA after that. Then I will get the new datasets into curatedMetagenomicData for (hopefully) the next release. Thanks again for your contribution!

P.S. Add you name as a curator in the last column of the csv files, so we can give you full credit for your hard work.

Hi @brymerr921, thanks for curating this table, you did a fantastic job! This dataset is already on our to-do-list, and it was my intention to upload it in the next round. Thanks a lot, will keep you updated

Hi @paolinomanghi, much appreciated. The template was super helpful. I submitted a PR for the other four studies (excluding this dataset).
