Make a Dockerhub image #4

Following the example of https://github.com/seandavi/buildabiocworkshop, but probably using a different base Docker image that:

  1. doesn't need to have all the dependencies of bioconductor_docker (although it could)
  2. has jupyterhub (if practical)
  3. has this package and its Depends/Imports/Suggests installed
