Drafted a metadata file for an unpublished study on SRA #40

Experiment RJNA687536 on SRA has no associated publication to my knowledge but it contains metadata describing its samples. I drafted a metadata file based on the data available on SRA.

I have not computed the median/minimum read lengths yet, but I wanted to make sure this submission is ok before I do that. There's a bunch of other metadata available such as cognitive assessment scores and drug information which isn't included in the current ontology, so I have left them out.

This looks very good to me, nice metadata in SRA even if the study isn't published yet. @paolinomanghi can you merge?
