curation of new datasets

The first step in adding new datasets to curatedMetagenomicData is curation, which involves recording information about the study and specimens using a controlled vocabulary. We use a formalized curation system described and implemented at https://github.com/waldronlab/curatedMetagenomicDataCuration. There is a list of datasets planned for inclusion. If you are willing to curate the metadata of these or other whole-metagenome shotgun sequencing datasets, it will accelerate our ability to include these datasets in curatedMetagenomicData.
