I saw these lines in the changelog for curatedMetagenomicData 1.14.0.
WenC_2017 has been renamed ChengpingW_2017
WenC_2017 is deprecated and will be removed in the next release
It appears as though there was a misunderstanding of whether Wen or Chengping is the author's last name. However, the tsv files for WenC_2017 and ChengpingW_2017 appear to contain different samples. Why is this?
