This package is not yet part of Bioconductor, as far as I can tell, but the README claims that it is "a Bioconductor package". The use of biocLite() to install the package is also misleading, but there's no easy way around that (@mtmorgan BiocInstaller should have probably used a different function name for clarity, the GitHub path is very subtle). I do hope this becomes part of Bioconductor eventually!
