Hi Asya, @asyakhl I've made some changes. There are still a some notes / warnings to take care of. These can be seen by doing 

R CMD build lefser
R CMD check lefser_0.99.0.tar.gz
## BONUS: respond to the warnings/notes in 
R CMD BiocCheck lefser
