Option to change default umask for mkhomedir_helper #2

I noticed that currently the site agent uses mkhomedir_helper to create the auto-generated user home directories, but there is no way to change it's default umask value.

In our configuration we would like to use umask 0077, but this seems like something worth exposing in the site agent configuration file.
