Therefore, the sizes of headings are swapped to levels 1-6 of a six-step scale, rather than levels 0-5 of a five-step scale (where the 0th step was no increment at all).
Additionally, headings are now assigned a gradual color scheme, to provide further visual distinction between them (besides the size).
