Water.css has a similar bookmarklet called "Waterize". The code seems to be similar to Dowstyler's bookmarklet, but it's a little more complex and does more things.
For starters, it doesn't seem to do as thorough a job of scrubbing the existing styles. Not sure if that's intentional, but reading the code it doesn't seem to be. 🤔
