Change tables to test specific features more explicitly #80

This was motivated by #74, so that approaches to make tables responsive can be tested.

The second table was adapted from https://dohliam.github.io/dropin-minimal-css/#text__tables, and the second one was adapted from https://github.com/dbox/html5-kitchen-sink.
