remove infoboxes, parser errors (missing references, maybe others?) maintenance templates, etc.

elements with class "noprint" and "Inline-Template" should be hidden.

Disambiguation hatnotes aren't removed. Maybe they shouldn't, but the link should be preserved. This is likely something that needs to be dealt with upstream in MobileFrontend. Maybe a general option (API parameter) to preserve links.

Some inline templates are preserved by MobileFrontent, but it seems like it's a hardcoded rule rather than something generic like sup.Inline-Template. Case in point, the question mark of the Nihongo template at Kii-Shinjō Station. Needs further investigation.

Ok, the nihongo template was fixed to use the noprint class directly in the sup element; this didn't work immediately, but now it seems to be working. Perhaps the extracts caches the requests. I probably should have made an (null?) edit to the page (or purged it), not only the template.

Disambiguation hatnotes apparently aren't showing up anymore. I'll reopen if I find another instance (and actually link to it this time, to allow debugging later!)
