Handle articles with empty intros #6

Perhaps a solution would be to display the whole article (still stripped mobile-friendly) and add an warning message on top, and asking the viewer to contribute a lead.

Another option would be to use alternative sources for the short description, e.g. the Wikidata description, Wiktionary, etc. (see #31)
