Static cards don't show when were created #429

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a static card
2. Set values
3. Publish to timeline

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When I navigate the timeline and see the cards I inserted, they don't display 
the timestamp or when were they created.

It should display the moment when they were created, like searches and pictures 
do.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Setting as duplicate of issue #430 as the feature request is more generic.
