need displayTime in GDK static cards as in mirror api #430

Need the flexibility to put timeline cards at specific positions in the past.

Use case:
My app displays relevant cards based on location data. These cards are often 
from the near past, though they were not relevant to the timeline when the 
original info was recorded.
