Bring back Android compatibility #502

In XE11 and earlier, you could side-load pretty much any Android app, and it 
would work. In XE12, it would mostly work, except that dialogs would have all 
the items in them missing. In XE16, this doesn't work at all; you can't 
navigate normal Android user interfaces, because swiping previous/next no 
longer goes to the previous/next element.
