Testing Authentication for GDK GlassWare

What steps will reproduce the problem?

I have 2 issues here :
https://developers.google.com/glass/develop/gdk/authentication

The link says we can test the API only after we uploaded our apk to My Glass. 
But
1) I can't found any link to upload apk on MyGlass. It seems only mirror api 
glassware can be submitted.
2) There should be way to test the api without review procedure to test a 
sample app. The review procedure should be for production app.

Please answer my both queries.

Hello,

As you mentioned, testing GDK authentication requires your APK to be uploaded 
on MyGlass: right now, this is done through starting the review process.

You can however mention that you are currently testing and are not ready for a 
full review.
