Speech recognition triggered by nearby bystanders #530

If someone is speaking close to me, my speech recognizer will pick up their 
speech.

1. Is there a way to adjust speech to the user (ie have a short "training" 
mode)?
2. Is there a way to set the threshold to approximately 1 foot of the user?
