Messages about Home Screen stopped Unexpectedly. Can't do anything

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upon booting, the display repeatedly goes through 
 Voice Stopped Unexpectedly
 Camera Stopped Unexpectedly
 Home Stopped Unexpectedly
Cannot get to the Home screen to do a factory reset, nor to enable USB 
Debugging.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Home Screen

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Shipped in December 2013

Please provide any additional information below.

Just keeps cycling through those messages. Cannot get to anything.
