USB webcam On-The-Go (OTG) on Glass - startPreview Failed #584

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. plug a usb webcam to the Glass
2. open the camera using Camera.open(1)
3. startPreview

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
startPreview should start and the camera preview should be displayed.
Instead the app crashes and I get these errors:
v4lStartStreaming - StartStreaming: Unable to start capture: No space left on 
device

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Glass XE 19.1

Please provide any additional information below.
The USB webcam is mounted correctly in /dev/video0
Logs are attached
