Ability to set default app to start using camera button #622

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Single click on Glass camera button will allow the user to take a picture;
2. Holding down Glass camera button will allow the user to start recording a 
video;

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd like the ability to set the default Glassware app(s) to start on camera 
button click or hold.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
XE21.3
