Video become Corrupted if the glass shut down due to battery-end #664

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. making a long video
2. shutting down the device via button or due end of battery without finalize 
video and wait some time
3. mp4 file is corrupted and cannot be reproduced

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the video, but VLC and a lot of video program cannot read it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 22

Please provide any additional information below.
it occurred in long video 30+minutes and in different days. sometimes save them 
properly, sometimes save them corrupted (but only if the device is shutted down 
too early after the end of the video, or is automatically shutted down due 
battery low)
