Based on the filetype_associations.txt in Teams.
Since most repos don't have an example of the corresponding file, the address of the repo is used directly instead (which probably doesn't make sense, since the default cwltool execution will not recognise these file formats. But format_uri_mapping.json can be modified at any time)
