Prerequest: Expect user add dynamic parameter in arguments field.

for analytics_automated/tests/example_cwl_files/split_pdb_files.cwl
for analytics_automated/tests/example_cwl_files/pseudo_bas_dom_align.cwl

Important Information

STILL Require user to manually add "$O" and "$ID" in the arguments/baseCommand field. Because:

CWL does not provide a stable variable for automatically generated execution UUID.
CWL does not support refer to the output file path if user donot specify it (could be improve in later development).
