Would be useful if Graph.query could propagate kwargs to a plugin processor #134

Adding a "**kwargs" to graph.query and propagating to the plugin 
processor.query call would lower the API's impedance for other plugin 
processors.

Patch attached.

Agree. In particular initNS is crucial to get any SPARQL query not written 
*exactly* against a document to work.
