Easy-to-download documentation #138

I wanted to have local copy of the documentation, so I could read that offline. 
However, the only way of doing that is getting a SVN checkout, going into docs/ 
and then running make.

I was expecting to just have a downloadable tarball (or ZIP) with generated 
documentation. Or, even easier, documentation already included at the rdflib 
tarball.

In the interim, I have made available tarballs of the rendered versions of the 
sphinx docs and the epydoc api docs see:

http://groups.google.com/group/rdflib-dev/files
