Help text of the form #586

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Google spreadsheet(form editing condition) contains "HELP TEXT" field
2. May I access this field using code? I have not found.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

entry.Cell.Value       -> like a property
entry.Cell.ColumnHelp  -> like a property too

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

The API doesn't expose that field so you can't get it with this library
