ibm_db_reserved not installed #80

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

"pip install ibm-db-sa" doesn't install ibm_db_reserved although it's included
in package.
probably adding MANIFEST.in would solve this issue

You are using wrong package name, it's ibm_db_sa.
What is "ibm_db_reserved", i didn't get it.

"pip install ibm-db-sa" installs ibm_db_sa properly but i don't think that data
files are installed.

ibm_db_reserved usage:
http://www.google.com/codesearch#JihsfbX3u68/trunk/IBM_DB/ibm_db_sa/ibm_db_sa/ib
m_db_sa.py&q=ibm_db_reserved%20package:http://ibm-db%5C.googlecode%5C.com&l=34

i won't be using ibm_db_sa (going with django) but you should test ibm_db_sa
package with newer python packaging tools like pip.

No one has requested to add support of pip packaging tool, so we never has
tested our driver and adapters against it.
We will keep your request in our mind.

With ibm_db_sa-0.3.0, there is no issue with pip packaging tool, And now
ibm_db_reserved has been removed.
