Allow joining without password or on time password #42

This adds the option of using precreated computer accounts to join. This allows bulk operations and continious integration. (adcli reset-computer ...)

I had to use adcli, since realm does not work for long hostnames.

Hello -- can test be fixed up? I'll merge as soon as its green.

Tests are fixed. I also rebased the branch to your current HEAD, which includes simplifying the commit history by squashing.
