Scroll vertically if required by default #480

As per #475 implement @devsupportman's suggestion to allow the control to grow vertically until it would overflow the map, at which point a vertical scroll bar is present.

I'd like to get this merged then do a release.

Looks good to me, I'm happy to merge as-is, but I wonder whether there should either be something in the readme about IE11 support, or lack of?

Maybe that's a separate, more general, issue though.
