AISS load images from TBIMAGES: first (or as fallback) #18

To not have a bunch of AISS images/files spread around disk, it would be nice if MediaVault first search in TBIMAGES: for such images/files and if not found then look in progdir:images drawer (or as fallback).

BTW: keep the good work mate, getting better with every new version!!!
