Military management in Dwarf Therapist? #293

As Dwarf Therapist has conquered labor management in Dwarf Fortress & as of 
version 0.31.xx we now have a more customizable but horrendously convoluted 
military, would it be possible to add some sort of military management into 
Dwarf Therapist?
I'd rather not give recommendations on how to implement this as without knowing 
what you can & can't read and/or modify in the running Dwarf Fortress process 
it's hard to say what would be possible. The dfhack library may help in this 
regard.
