Visual Optmization

While I like this program very much, I find extremely hard to read the
skills on a horizontal column and I, for one, don't name dwarves, so for me
it's pretty much pointless to have readable names but head-tilting skills.

The point is, this would be far more useful if you had an option so you
could exchange the columns, so you can read the skills normally and have
the job names and dwarf names on the horizontal column.

Hmmm. I was thinking about this as well. I also pay little attention to names. 
Especially in forts with over 100 dwarfs. I will look into inverting the 
columns with 
the names.
