The last phase of a game should be complete. Complete games are not playable. Complete games are historic records of past games. Past games can be viewed on the games route with a visual indication they are closed, and will not have the option to 'play' (navigate to the route game/:id). If the route /game/:id is navigated to and the game is complete then a message will indicate that the game is closed.
