Progress Gambit and Regress Gambit (OpPageFlip.kt) do nothing on empty pages. #14

Repro:

  1. hold a spellbook
  2. be on an empty page (whether by erasing the current page or flipping to a completely new blank page)
  3. draw Progress Gambit or Regress Gambit
  4. It's not very effective (it no-ops)
